BuyMailComAccounts runs on very little personal data. Everything we hold, and the reason for it, is listed below.

Contact details

One email address per order, used to send your mailboxes and receipts, and whatever you choose to write in a support ticket. Your own mailboxes and their passwords are none of our business, and support will never request them.

Order records

Which listing you bought, how many, what you paid, the payment provider's confirmation, and the address and password lines delivered to you. Full card numbers and wallet keys never reach us.

Technical logs

For each visit our servers note the IP address, the browser and the time. The logs help us keep the shop running and investigate misuse.

Purposes

Fulfilling orders, answering tickets, replacing mailboxes under warranty, stopping payment fraud, and meeting our tax and bookkeeping obligations.

Service providers

Payment, hosting and email providers process data for us, each only as far as its job requires. No data is sold, rented or shared for marketing.

Cookies

We use cookies for sign-in, the cart and checkout security, and nothing else. There is no advertising or tracking cookie on this site.

Retention and your choices

Delivered lines stay on file only while the order can still be claimed under warranty. Payment and order records are kept for the period the law sets, and logs for a short time. Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion at support@buymailcomaccounts.com, writing from your order address, or through the Contact page.
