More than one way to spell a Mail.com address
Mail.com is a free webmail service, and @mail.com is only one of the endings it gives out. The same sign-up form offers addresses on themed domains such as @email.com, @usa.com, @asia.com, @europe.com, @post.com, @myself.com, @consultant.com, @iname.com and @dr.com. They are all one service: one sign-in page, one inbox layout, one set of settings.
Most listings here sell @mail.com itself. Others name a single themed domain in the title, and a few deliver a mix, one of them drawn from about 260 domains. If the ending matters to you, read it in the title before you order; a mix cannot be narrowed after delivery.

How old the mailbox is
Age is the second thing a title tells you. Fresh mailboxes were registered a few days before sale, up to about a week. Some listings let the mailbox rest first, five or seven days, or two weeks and more. Older stock is counted in months, one or three, and the oldest were registered in 2023, including a used batch from 2023 to 2025 that has been in service before.
Age is a fact about the mailbox. It does not decide what another site will ask of it.
A site you sign up on may still ask for a phone or a second check, whatever the age of the address. Older mailboxes simply carry more history, which is why some buyers prefer them for accounts they plan to keep.

What a listing title spells out
Supplier titles are short and dense. These are the details they carry, and what each one means for you.
| Domain | @mail.com, a single themed domain such as @usa.com or @email.com, or a mix |
|---|---|
| Age | Fresh to one week, rested days or weeks, one to three months, or registered in 2023 |
| Access | Web only on most listings; IMAP only where the title says activated |
| Sign-up IP | Mixed countries on most; USA, France or Germany where named |
| Phone check | Some were SMS verified at sign-up; the number is not handed over |
| Names | Male or female first and last names, mixed in a batch |
| Delivery | Address and password on one line, split by a colon or a semicolon |
Web only, or a mail app as well
Most Mail.com listings are sold as web only: POP3, IMAP and SMTP are switched off, and the mailbox is read in a browser at mail.com. That covers what most buyers need, opening a confirmation email or copying a code.
A few listings say IMAP is activated. Only those can be added to Thunderbird, Outlook or a phone mail app. On every other listing, plan on the browser; do not count on a mail client connecting.

Signing in, and what the warranty covers
Go to mail.com and sign in with the full address, whatever its domain, and the password from your order. Then change the password to one only you know and add a recovery address of your own in the security settings, so the mailbox answers to you.
Check each mailbox inside the warranty window shown on its listing. If the delivered password is refused or the mailbox is locked on first sign-in, open a ticket from your order page with a screenshot before the window ends, and you receive another mailbox from the same listing, or a refund when it has run out. Signing in never voids the warranty; locks that follow mass mailing or other automated activity are not covered. BuyMailComAccounts is an independent shop with no link to Mail.com, which can ask any mailbox to verify again or close it.
